关节松动术治疗肩周炎的综合评定

The Assessment of Joint Mobilization in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

为探讨关节松动术对肩周炎的疗效，采用后关节松动术治疗肩周炎32例，同时用肩关节功能评价量表在治疗前后对后关节疼痛、ROM、ADL、肌力及局部形态进行综合评定。结果：治愈8例，显效13例．好转9例，无效2例，有效率93．75％；治疗后肩关节功能评定得分显著增加（P＜0．001）；以治疗后肩关节功能分值、治疗前后得分增加值为标准评定疗效并与临床疗效评定结果比较，差异无显著性（P＞0.9）。提示：关节松动术对肩周炎具有显著疗效，肩关节功能评价量表可作为肩周炎的康复评定。

In order to investigate the effects and assessment of joint mobilization in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis, 32 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated by joint mobilization. Meanwhile. the functional assessment measuring scale of shoulder joint was used to assess the function such as pain, ROM, ADL,muscle strength and local formation of shoulder joint before and after treatment. The results showed that 8 cases were cured, 13 obtained significant effect and 9 improvement. The effective rate was 93. 75 %. The score of the shoulder joint function assessment after treatment was increased (P<0.001). The effects in terms of the standard of the score or the increased score after trcatment had no significant difference as compared with the clinical effect assessment (P>0. 5). It was concluded that the effects of the joint mobilization was significant on scapulohumeral periarthritis. The functional assessment measuring scale of shoulder joint may be used as rehabilitation assessment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
