运动医疗康复对充血性心衰患者预后影响

Influence of Treatment Rehabilitation on Prognosis of the Patients with CHF

对40例充血性心衰患者在实施临床医疗措施同时介入卫生宣教和运动医疗康复。结果：患者身体活动能力和心脏功能恢复快，明显优于对照组。提示：适宜的运动医疗康复能够加强和促进充血性心衰患者身体活动能力和心脏功能的改善。

Forty cases of congenital heart failure (CHF) were treated with medication as well as a rehabilitation therapy. The rehabilitation therapy consists of health education and exercise treatment. The results showed that the patient's ability carrying out physical activities and their cardiac functions were recovered rapidly after treatment, which was better than in control group (P<0.01 ). It was considered that treatment rehabilitation could promote the improvement of ability of physical activities and cardiac functions of the patients with CHF.
