众所周知,中小企业是民生之本、创新之源。世界经济发展的实践表明,中小企业是经济发展和社会稳定的重要支柱。而中小企业现在面临由全球金融危机和欧债危机所导致的复杂的国内外经济环境。唯有通过探索融资模式的改进与创新,才能改善中小企业融资难的现状。在新的国内外经济形势下,各地区也急需因地制宜,结合地区实情对中小企业融资模式进行研究。

As everyone knows,SMEs play an important role in the innovation and people＇s livelihood.The development of world economy demonstrates that SMEs is an important pillar to economy and society.Now SMEs face complex international and domestic economy environment,which is caused by the global financial crisis and European debt crisis.Only by exploring improvement and innovation of the financing model can improve the status of the financing difficulties of SEMs.Facing the new domestic and international economic situation,it is urgent for the local government to explore and deeply study new financing mode,combining with local SME financing features.
