摘要
本文基于SWOT分析方法,从江苏有线的电子营业厅业务推广的实践出发,对电子营业厅现状、优势、劣势、机遇以及挑战进行了分析,总结在业务推广中的经验和做法,对存在的不足进行了研究。最后,对江苏有线电子营业厅的业务推广的发展策略提出了建议。
This paper analyses the current situation, advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the Electronic Business Hall based on the SWOT analysis method, from the business promotion in practice of Jiangsu Cable Network Electronic Business Hall, and summarizes the experience and practice in business marketing, the problems were studied too. Finally, a proposal of development strategy of the Jiangsu Cable Network Electronic Business Hall to promote business was offered.
