摘要 目前已知在乙型肝炎病毒(ＨＢＶ)的致癌过程中,ＨＢＶＸ基因及其产物Ｘ蛋白(ｐＸ)具有重要意义。虽然Ｘ基因的转基因小鼠可诱发肝癌(ＨＣＣ)的发生[1],ｐＸ对多种癌基因均具反式激活作用[2],且ｐＸ有与ｐ53蛋白结合的作用,在蛋白水平使靶细胞中抑癌基因及其产物的功能发生...
