摘要
文章从风险管理角度出发,对医院医疗纠纷进譬系统分析。运用工作-风险分解法将医疗纠纷中的工作、风险因素逐步分解,得到风险识别矩阵,得出经济相关因素、社会因素、人员因素以及流程与技术因素是发生医疗纠纷的主要风险因素,最后提出相应对策。
Hospital medical dispute is analyzed systematically from the viewpoint of risk management. Work factors and risk factors are decom- posed gradually hy using the WBS-- RBS method in order to compose tb.e risk identlfication matrix. Get the conclusion that economic factors, social factors, personal factors and the technical process factors play an important role in leading up to hospital medical dispute and finally put forward some useful corresponding measures.
