摘要
针对介质pH值的变化对硫酸盐还原菌 (SRB)的影响 ,研究了在不同pH值介质中SRB的变异规律及变异菌对碳钢腐蚀的影响。结果表明 ,耐酸菌和耐碱菌的活性均比原始菌弱 ;变异菌及原始菌的腐蚀对比试验表明 ,耐碱菌对碳钢腐蚀最严重 ,其次是耐酸菌 ,两者均大于原始菌。
The variation rule of SRB in media with different pH values and the effects of these variation of bacteria on the corrosion of carbon steel have been studied.The results present that the activities of acid resistance bacteria and alkali resistance bacteria are less than that of original SRB.The acid resistance bacteria live in groups and the body of SRB presents roundness with flagellum.Alkali resistance bacteria are bacilli,and larger and longer than the original SRB.The distribution of sulfur in corrosion product is not uniform.
