摘要
为解决阳极电泳涂料涂装过程中的阳极溶解、泳透力较低、槽液稳定性差、易沉淀、色深及提高漆膜性能等问题 ,采用丙烯酸类单体进行聚合 ,以异氰酸酯为固化剂合成树脂 ,并对丙烯酸阳极电泳涂料的树脂合成原材料的选择、配比、交联剂、溶剂、中和剂、反应时间和温度、最终酸值、酸度调节剂等因素对阳极电泳涂料质量的影响进行了研究。结果表明 ,严格控制树脂合成工艺是确保阳极电泳涂料质量的关键。
The resin was polymerized with acrylic acid, and isocyanate was used as solidifying agent.The technological parameters as well as crosslinking agent ,solvent and neutra lizer were investigated.It was shown that the strict controlling of the process was essential to the quality of the resin.
