摘要
采用常压微反色谱装置、XRD等方法 ,考察了钾对催化剂活性 ,特别是对“低硫活性”的影响。结果表明 ,当原料气中 H2 S含量较高时 ,钾的加入量存在一个最佳范围 ;当原料气中硫含量较低时 ,提高钾的加入量 ,则能提高催化剂在低硫条件下的变换活性 。
The influence of potassium on the activity of Co Mo sulfur tolerant CO shift catalyst was investigated using GC microreactor and XRD.The results show that there is an optimum range for potassium content when H 2S concentration in reactant feed gas is maintained at high level.When H 2S content is low,the shift activity increases with potassium amount;i e ,addition of potassium into the catalyst can improve sulfur tolerant capability at low H 2S content.
