摘要
在充分分析ACN法生产丁二烯后处理工艺的基础上 ,对其进行优化。丁二烯水洗部分由先水洗后脱轻脱重改为先脱轻脱重后水洗 ,节水 40 % ,再沸器热负荷 2 8.5 %。丁二烯精制部分由先脱轻后脱重改为先脱重后脱轻 ,使这部分再沸器热负荷节省 1 3 .4% ,冷凝器热负荷节省 1 5 .8%。
The process of posttreatment in butadiene production with ACN method was optimized on the basis of analyzing it thoroughly. The water washing section, where water washing was first, then removing low boiling and high boiling fractions was replaced by first removing lowboiling and highboiling fractions then water washing. It brought on the decrease of 60% water and 28.5% heat duty on the reboiler. The refining section of butadiene was reformed by exchanging removing high boiling fraction prior to the low boiling. As a result the heat duty on the reboiler decreased 13.4%, 15.5% on the condenser. Ordinary distillation was substituted with absorption distillation in the solvent recovery section. It will be a new technological innovation in the separation of organics containing aqueous solution.
