经皮穿刺球囊压迫治疗三叉神经痛的基础与临床研究 被引量:12

摘要 Mullan和Lichtor在20世纪80年代首先报道经皮穿刺球囊压迫技术(balloon compression,BC)可治疗三叉神经痛。其疗效可与其他经皮技术,如射频热凝和甘油注射,甚至可与微血管减压术相比拟,并且由于其操作较安全、快速,以及患者可以在全麻无痛下进行等优点,在世界范围内受到神经外科界的重视。目前国内仅个别医院开展此项技术,本文拟对该技术的基础及临床应用进行综述。
