大肠黏膜组织sialyl lewis X表达及生物学意义

Expression and Biological Significance of Sialyl Lewis X in Colorectal Mucosal Tissues

摘要 目的探讨大肠肿瘤sLex(sialyl lewis X)表达及其与大肠癌临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对55例大肠腺癌、15例远切端大肠黏膜及20例大肠腺瘤进行sLex检测。结果大肠腺瘤、大肠腺癌sLex阳性表达率分别为50.0%(9/18),80.0%(44/55)(P=0.005);34例大肠腺癌、相应的癌旁正常黏膜及相应远切端正常黏膜sLex阳性表达率分别为79.4%(27/34),41.2%(14/34),5.88%(2/34)(P<0.05);55例大肠腺癌sLex阳性表达与患者的性别、部位、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、Duke's分期及生存时间无关(P>0.05),而与分化程度有关(P=0.021)。结论 sLex是检测大肠肿瘤发生及大肠癌分化程度的重要生物学标志物。 Objective To explore relationship between expression sLex(sialyl lewis X) and clinicopathological parameters in color- eetal tumors. Methods The expression of sLex was detected in 20 colorectal adenomas,55 colorectal adenoearcinomas and 15 normal colorectal mueosal tissues by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rates of sLex in colorectal adenoma and colorectal adenocarcinomas and normal colorectal mueosal tissues were 50.0% (9/18), 80.0% (44/55) (P = 0. 005 ). The positive ex-pressinn rates of sl,ex in 34 eolorectal carcinoma and carcinoma adjacent mucosa were 79.4% (27/34) ,41.2% ( 14/34 ) ,5.88% (2/34) (P 〈 0.05 ). The colorectal adenoearcinomas sl,ex expression was unrelated to patient's sex,site,invasion, lymph node metastasis, Duke' s stages and survival time ( P 〉 0.05 ). The positive expression of sLex was related with differentiation of tumor ( P = 0.021 ). Conclusion sl,ex is the detection of colorectal tumorigenesis and co]orectal cancer differentiation degree important biological markers.
