On the Development of Employability of Law Majors

大学的教育不仅要关注学生的学业进步,同样要关注他们的就业以及未来职业的发展。开发大学生就业潜能就是通过科学系统、行之有效的途径,使其与未来就业有关的天赋条件得以充分的发展,同时使他们获得当今社会职业发展所需要的各种品质和能力,提高大学生的综合素质。本文以ZF大学法学专业为例,就如何开发大学生的就业潜能尤其是道德潜能提出几点思考。

The college education should not only pay attention to the progress of students＇ studies,but also attach importance to the development of their future career.Improving students＇ potential of being employed means that we should help them fully prompt their comprehensive abilities and acquire the skills and qualities that the future career needs by scientific and systematic methods.In this paper,the author picks the law majors in ZF University as an example,discussing the methods of improving the employment potential,especially the moral potential of undergraduates.
