摘要
随着高等教育大众化,大学生求职竞争增大,面临着严峻的就业形势。在这样的背景下,大学生在求职心理方面由于对压力处理不当出现了很多不良心理现象。这些不良心理势必影响大学生的求职乃至今后工作、生活。研究这一群体的就业心理,并以此提出解决对策意义重大。通过对大学生求职心理问题类型以及求职压力来源进行研究,可以充分解释这些不良心理的成因,从而得出有效的对策,这有利于大学生的身心健康以及科学就业观的形成。
With the popularization of higher education,college graduates are facing a severe employment situation.In this context,because the job competition increases,students generated a lot of employment psychological problems.This psychological phenomenon is bound to affect the employment of college students and even the future work lives.It is significance to study the employment psychological problems of this group.By studying the type of psychological problems and sources of job pressure,we can fully explain the causes of these adverse psychological and come up with a feasible disposal program to take shape a health job psychological and scientific concept of employment
