摘要
从强化层的厚度、硬度、结构及强化层与基体之间的扩散程度方面对M2和50CrMoV两种基体的脉冲放电强化层进行了对比研究。结果表明,两种基体材料强化层的特点、性能等方面明显不同。
M2 and 50CrMoV as substrate material, the electrospark alloying (ESA)coating is studied on the thickness. hardness. structure and the diffusion between ESA coating and substrate material. The results show that many differences are discovered between the quality of the two ESA coating. The main phase of the electrode material is changed during the ESA process.
