摘要
化妆品用甲醇经超声提取,利用液相色谱法测定其中防腐剂含量。二极管阵列检测器流动相中不含乙腈,12种防腐剂回收率均在88.2%～106%之间。
The cosmetic sample was ultrasonically extracted by methanol, then the determination of preservatives was applied by HPLC with DAD detector. The mobile phase was free of aeetonitrile, the recoveries of twelve preservatives were in the range of 88.2% to 106%.
