Discussion on Problems and Solutions of Phthalates Plasticizers in Flavors

邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂广泛地应用于塑料制品中,其安全性引起人们的高度关注。国内外对邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的研究主要集中于检测方法和危害性方面。结合工作实际,探讨了邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂在食用香精中存在的原因、检测过程和生产过程中遇到的问题并提出了对策,为食用香精企业对增塑剂的管理提供参考意见。

Phthalates plasticizers are widely used in plastics, and close attention have already been paid to the safety of the plasticizers. Past studies on the phthalates plastieizers have almost focused on the test method and hazard at home and abroad. Based on the practical work, this paper discusses the reasons that phthalates plasticizers exist in the flavors and the problems of the testing and production process, and the corresponding countermeasures. It provides some suggestions for the phthalates plasticizers management of the flavor enterprises.
