摘要
通过广东省怀集至三水公路水泥搅拌桩复合地基处理的工程实例,介绍了"四搅四喷"施工方法在水泥搅拌桩复合地基处理中与常规"两搅一喷"施工方法的软基处理效果的对比,通过轻型静力触探、无侧限抗压强度、标准贯入、单桩承载力、复合地基承载力等试验,阐明施工方法、土质等对水泥搅拌桩施工成桩质量的影响。在水泥搅拌桩施工完成后,根据路基沉降观测数据对本工程水泥搅拌桩的处理效果进行了评价总结。
Based on cement mixed pile composite foundation practice at HuaijiSanshui Highway in Guangdong province, in this paper, the comparison of treatment results between the "four mixes four spraying" and normal "two mixes one spraying" construction methods for cement mixed pile composite foundation treatment has been introduced, through the "static cone penetration test", "unconfined compression test (SPT)", "standard pone- tration test", "single pile bearing capacity test" and "complex soil base test", the influence of the construction method and soil properties to the quality of cement mixed piles has been explained. The treatment effect of the cement mixed piles has been evaluated and summed-up on the basis of embankment settlement observation data after completion of cement mixed piles.
