摘要
应用不锈钢棒及测温液研究了发卡式感应线圈加热效率的空间分布情况;研究了T型铝管接头铝管在两种发卡式感应线圈中的感应钎焊时间及焊接质量,得到了T型铝管接头在感应钎焊线圈中的最佳钎焊位置,为实现T型铝管接头感应钎焊的自动化打下基础。
The heating efficiency space distribution of hairpin induction coil was studied by stainless steel stick and temperature indicating liquid. The Induction brazing time and welding quality of T-joint brazed by the two hairpin induction coils were investigated. The best position of inducting brazing for T-joint was obtained , and that lay a foundation for the auto-induction brazing of T-joint of aluminum tube.
