摘要
以分体柜机空调室内风道为研究对象,采用数值仿真的办法,对柜机空调室内机的风道系统进行了流场模拟。通过对比分析某些结构参数,如风扇叶片数目、叶轮直径大小、风扇和蜗壳之间的相对距离以及不同导风圈最小进风直径对风道性能的影响,得出了一些可用于指导柜机风道结构设计的结论,在此基础上对柜机室内风道的结构进行了改进,取得了较好的效果。
A numerical simulation of flow field for Hisense's floor-mounted indoor unit is made. It makes contrastive analysis of the blade numbers, the impeller diameter, the distance between fan and volute and different deflector ring's narrowest inlet diameter, which provides some theoretical basis for performance improvement. Some guiding conclusion for floor-mounted indoor unit's wind channel structure design is evolved. Based upon the analysis, improvement of wind channel structure is made, and it is effective.
