摘要 家用空调器噪音是影响其舒适性指标的重要因素,噪音控制技术一直是业界重点关注的领域,其水平体现了空调厂家对核心技术的掌握程度。本文从理论分析入手,论述了空调器节流部件流动特性,并针对管内流动异音难题,首创提出一种全新的节流安装方式(申请了专利,制冷循环节流安装结构,201020669580.0),彻底解决了冷媒异音问题,其效果通过实验得以验证,并在相关产品上成功应用。 Abnormal sound of residential air-conditioner is an important factor that affects its comfort index. The abnormal sound control technology has been a focus of residential air-conditioner area, which reveals mastery level of the core technology of the air conditioning manufacturer. Based on the oretical analysis, this paper discusses the flow characteristics of the air conditioner throttle parts. In order to eliminate the abnormal sound from the refrigerant flow, this paper proposed a new throttle assembly technique. (which has been patented. Patent name is "the refrigeration cycle throttle mounting structure". Patent No:201020669580.0) This throttle assembly technique completely resolved the refrigerant abnormal sound. The effect of this technique has been identified though experiment and was successfully applied on related productions.
