To study the clinical laboratory management situation and management mode at present.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the clinical laboratory at present and discussed the clinical laboratory management mode.The methods of management were improved after continuously,clinical laboratory gradually established characteristics of modern management system,and promote the healthy development of the professional inspection.
