改良双环法乳房下垂矫正术的护理

Nursing of Modified Double Ring Method Mastoptosis Epithesis

目的:探讨改良双环法乳房下垂矫正术患者围手术期的护理。方法:对5例改良双环法乳房下垂矫正术患者进行术前准确定位,术后保持伤口引流通畅,维持皮瓣有效血液循环,康复期进行功能锻炼,配合心理护理。结果:5例患者疗效满意,其中2例术后发生伤口部分裂开换药后皆愈合。结论:围手术期心理护理,术后保持负压引流管的通畅,皮瓣维持血液循环是确保手术成功的关键。

Objective： to discuss the nursing of modified double ring method mastoptosis epithesis.Method： 5 patients undergoing modified double ring method mastoptosis epithesis were given preoperative accurate positioning,postoperative unobstructed wound drainage,flap effective blood circulation,convalescence functional exercise and favorable psychological nursing.Result： 5 cases were proven satisfactory curative effects,and 2 cases were found dehiscence but healed after dressing change.Conclusion：Good perioperative pyschological nursing,unobstructed postoperative negative pressure drainage tube,effective flap blood circulation are critical to the success of surgery.
