26 cases of brain ventricle drainage nursing experience

目的:探讨采取正确的脑室外引流管的护理对于挽救患者生命,恢复健康的影响。方法:选择26例脑出血破入脑室或脑室内出血患者,全部病例都急诊做侧脑室外引流术,并采取了一般护理措施和引流管的特殊护理操作。结果:经过护理的26例患者恢复良好和轻残的有20例,占83%,疗效显著。结论:脑室外引流按照严格的护理操作能够取得有效的治疗结果。

Objective： to explore the effect of correct external ventricular drainage nursing on saving patients＇ lives and recovery.Method： 26 cases of cerebral hemorrhage broken into ventricles of brain or intraventricular hemorrhage were selected,undergoing lateral ventricle drainage,and receiving regular nursing and special drainage nursing.Result： 20 patients prove favorable recovery and moderately disabled,accounting for 83%.Conclusion： External ventricular drainage can achieve satisfactory curative effect in accordance with standard nursing procedure.
