分年龄段心理干预对乳腺癌围手术期患者的影响

The effect of breast cancer psychological nursing strategy by age grouping during preoperative period

目的:探讨不同年龄段乳腺癌患者的心理状况,并给予针对性的心理干预。方法:将68例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为试验组34例和对照组34例。对照组给予通常意义上心理干预,不做差异性护理;试验组在常规心理干预的基础上做分年龄段特殊心理干预。采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)于心理干预前(入院时)后(出院前1天)进行评定。结果:试验组患者HAMD评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:分年龄段的心理干预对病人手术进行和疾病的恢复显著好于通常意义上的心理干预。

Objective： to analyze the different psychology of breast cancer patient by age grouping and provide the pertinence psychological nursing method.Method： The 68 patients will be random equally divided two groups,that is the treatment group and the control group.The control group only is treated by traditional psychological nursing method;while the treatment group is treated not only by traditional psychological nursing method,but also by special psychological nursing method by age grouping.The test result will be evaluated by Hamilton depression scale.Result ：The HAMD score of the treatment group patients is obviously better than that of the control group（#P0.01）.Conclusion： The psychological nursing method by age grouping is obviously better than the traditional psychological nursing method in operation and recovery.
