Determination of neogambogic acid in Furong Gel by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定丹葛胶囊剂中葛根素含量的测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Hypersil ODS（4.0mm×250mm,5μm）;以甲醇-水-醋酸（25：75：1）为流动相;流速：1.0ml/min;检测波长：270nm进行实验。结果：线性回归方程为Y=1.738×106X＋4404.5,相关系数r=0.9998,葛根素在0.050~2.00μg范围内呈线性,平均回收率为99.83%,RSD为1.52%。结论：本方法准确可靠,稳定性、重现性好,适用于丹葛胶囊剂的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determinating the content of puerarin in Dange capsules.Methods： The determination of puerarin Dange capsules was carried on a column of Hypersil ODS（4.0×250mm,5μm） by HPLC,with the mixture of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid（25∶75∶1） as the mobile phase;the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min-1;the detection wavelength was 270nm.Results： The linear range of determination by HPLC was 0.050~2.00μg（r=0.9998）.The precision（RSD） was 1.52%.The average recoveries was 99.83%.Conclusion： The method is accurate and reliable,which is suitable for the determination of puerarin in Dange capsules.
