40名公安民警平板运动试验体检结果分析

Analysis the results of forty public security policemen's exercise treadmill testing

目的:探讨公安民警平板运动试验结果与危险因素的关系。方法:应用平板运动仪采用Bruce方案对40例公安民警进行次极量平板运动试验体检,根据其运动中及运动后所描记心电图结果分为阳性、可疑阳性、阴性3组。结果:40例(男性34例,女性6例)公安民警平板运动试验阳性1例,可疑阳性8例,阴性31例。结论:男性阳性与可疑阳性者均具有高血压、高血脂、糖尿病及烟酒史等危险因素,1例女性可疑阳性者无危险因素。

Objective： To discuss the relationship between public security policemen＇s exercise treadmill testing results and risk factors.Method： We apply submaximal treadmill exercise test to forty public security policemen by the treadmill exercise device according the Bruce scheme.The electrocardiogram records during and after exercise were divided into three groups： the positive,the suspicious,positive,the negative.Results： We discover the positive1 case,the suspicious positive 8 cases,the negative 31 cases in forty public security policemen＇s（the male：34 case,the female 6 case） exercise treadmill testing results.Conclusion： The male positive cases and the male suspicious positive cases all have risk factors,such as hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,smoking,drinking and so on.The female suspicious positive cases have no risk factor.
