多功能救护箱在批量车祸伤员救护中的应用及效果

Application and effects of multifunctional ambulance box in mass casualty accidents

目的将多功能救护箱应用于批量车祸伤员的现场救护中并观察其效果。方法将14起85例批量车祸伤员随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组应用研制的多功能救护箱,对照组应用常规急救箱,测评批量车祸现场救护医务人员救护满意度及抢救成功率。结果实验组医务人员救护满意度、抢救成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多功能救护箱能有效提高批量伤员救护满意度及抢救成功率,更好地满足了批量伤员救护的需求。

Objective To explore the effect of muhifunctional ambulance box applied in mass casualty accident. Methods A total of 85 bath accident casualties from 14 traffic accidents were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The muhifunctional ambulance box was applied in the experimental group. The normal ambulance box was used to the control group. The ambulance satisfaction and the success rate of rescue of medical staff were measured. Result The degree of ambulance satisfaction and the success rate of rescue of medical staff in experimental group were higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The multifunctional ambulance box can improve ambulance satisfaction and the success rate of rescue of medical staff effectively, and will better meet the needs of mass casualties.
