护理风险管理在呼吸科危重症患者护理中的应用与效果

Application and effects of nursing risk management in the nursing of critical patients in RICU

目的探讨护理风险管理在呼吸科危重症患者护理中的应用与效果。方法成立风险管理小组,建立适合呼吸科重症监护室特点的护理风险管理预案,对护士进行集中与分层相结合的培训,全面落实护理风险管理策略。结果实施护理风险管理后,降低了危重症患者的非计划性拔管、意外事件和护理纠纷的发生率(P<0.01或P<0.05);危重症患者及家属对护理满意度由95.10%提高到99.29%。结论对危重症患者实施护理风险管理,能有效减少护理风险的发生,提高危重症患者护理质量,保证护理安全。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of nursing risk management in the nursing of critical patients in RICU. Methods Risk management groups were established. Nursing risk management plans suitable for RICU characteristics were established. The centralized and hierarchical combined training was adopted for nurses. The risk management strategies were fully implemented. Results The rate of unplanned extubation, accidents of critical patients and nursing dispute were reduced after the application of nursing risk management （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. The nursing satisfaction of critically ill patients and their families increased from 95.10% to 99.29%. Conclusion Application of nursing risk management in critical patients nursing can reduce nursing risks effectively ,improve the quality of care of critically ill patients ,and ensure nursing safety.
