摘要
目的探讨利用护理专科博客对中心静脉导管胸腔置管患者进行健康教育的效果。方法建立恶性肿瘤胸腔置管护理专科博客,督促患者及家属上网浏览博客内容。结果提高了胸腔置管患者护理知识的知晓率、自我护理技能及对健康教育的满意度(P<0.05),降低了置管并发症(P<0.01)。结论护理专科博客在中心静脉导管胸腔置管患者中的应用,可提高胸腔置管患者的健康教育效果。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing specialty blog applied in health education among patients with central venous catheter by chest tube place- ment. Methods Nursing specialty blog about chest tube placement in patients with central venous catheter was established. Patients and their family members were urged to browse the internet blog content. Results The nursing knowledge rate,self - protection skills and the satisfaction of the health education of chest tube placement in patients were improved （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The catheter complications were reduced （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The application of nursing specialty blog in health education among chest tube placement in patients with central venous catheter can improve the effects of health education among chest tube placement in patients.
