Poor clinical outcome and its causes of lumbar interspinous devices
摘要
腰椎棘突间装置在解决退变性腰椎椎管狭窄症、椎间盘源性腰痛、腰椎小关节综合征、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎不稳等方面具有一定临床价值[1-3]。然而,潜在的问题与不足随着应用时间的延长也逐渐显现,有必要对其进行归纳总结。腰椎棘突间装置包括国内外常用的X-STOP、
