摘要 以草地早熟禾品种午夜2号,新格莱德和橄榄球2号种子为外植体,采用不同温度及浸种时间处理后进行愈伤组织的诱导和分化培养。结果表明:4℃浸种16~24h可以促进愈伤组织形成,不同品种间差异不明显;午夜2号和橄榄球2号继代1次的愈伤组织分化能力最强,新格莱德继代2次的胚性愈伤组织分化率最高。 The mature seeds of three Kentucky bluegrass arieties,Midnight II,Nuglade and Rugby II,were used as the explants materials for callus induction with various pretreatments which included different temperature and time periods of seed soaking.The result illustrated that the treatment of seeds soaking in 4 ℃ cold water for 16~24 h can promote callus formation,and there was no obvious difference among different arieties;and for the differentiation training of three varieties,the rate of callus differentiation of midnight II and rugby II was highest for once sub inoculation,but after twice sub inoculation,Nuglade was the highest.
