扬中金花菜产业发展新模式——南方草业的新亮点

金花菜又称秧草是长江中下游传统的豆科苜蓿,属一年生或越年生草本绿肥植物,也可用作蔬菜和牧草。秧草作为有机鲜食绿色食品,日益受到消费者的喜爱和政府的重视,秧草产业是牧草多功能性的延展,是长三角地区生态农业新的生长点,扬中市秧草产业快速发展,模式创新,机制创新,已成为草业发展的新亮点。介绍了扬中市秧草产业发展现状和产业新模式,利用政府搭台,农民种草的组织模式;科技先导,校企联动的技术模式;规模化种植,企业带动的经营模式;消费拉动,初级加工模式;绿色行动,跨越前进的发展模式等。

Toothed burclover（Medicago hispida） is one species of annual or biennal herbaceous green manure plants of traditional legume Medicago genus in the middle and lower Yangtze River of China.It can also be used as vegetables and grass.Currently,toothed burclover has been favored by consumers as vegetable.The local toothed burclover industry has developed it in a certain scale,and extended it as a new growth point of prataculture.In this paper,the development status and new model of toothed burclover prataculture in Yangzhong were introduced,which including organization model,technical model,management model,planting scale and processing model etc.
