肩腰通搽剂镇痛及活血化瘀作用研究

Study on Analgesic and Invigorate Circulation Effects of Jianyaotong Liniment

目的观察肩腰通搽剂的镇痛及活血化瘀药理作用,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法镇痛试验采用醋酸扭体法和热板法。活血化瘀试验:采用小鼠耳廓微循环实验,用激光多普勒血流仪PF5001 LDPM unite测量小鼠耳廓微循环的变化。结果镇痛试验:实验结果表明肩腰通搽剂能明显减少由醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应次数,与生理盐水(N.S)对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001),镇痛百分率达91.6%。肩腰通搽剂能提高热板法小鼠痛阈值,给药前后自身比较差异非常显著(P<0.001)。活血化瘀试验:实验结果表明肩腰通搽剂能明显提高小鼠耳廓微循环灌注量,与松节油基质对照组和给药前比较都具有非常显著的差异(P<0.001)。结论肩腰通具有镇痛及活血化瘀作用。

Methods The analgesic effects of JYT were evaluated by mice twisting test and hot - plate test. The invigorate circulation effect of JYT were evaluated by measure changes of auricle microcirculation of mice. Results JYT liniment could markedly decrease the times of mice writhing induced by acetic acid, and were significantly different than mice in the N. S control group （P 〈0.001 ）. The rate of ease pain is 91.6%. It could obviously improve pain threshold value of mice in hot plate test （P 〈 0.001 ）. JYT liniment could significantly enhance the flux liquid of auricle microcirculation of mice （P 〈0.001 ）. Conclusion JYT liniment has analgesic and invigorate circulation effect.
