5-羟色胺综合征诊治要点思考(附病案1例分析)

5-hydroxytryptamin Syndrome Diagnosis and Treatment Points

[目的]增强对5-羟色胺综合征(serotonin syndrome,SS)诊治及预后的认识。[方法]结合1例曾被两所医院门诊急诊漏诊的病例及其诊疗经过的分析,探讨该SS 1例漏诊原因及SS的诊断、治疗及预后要点。[结果]分析发现SS起病及临诊表象易导致漏诊,详细的病史询问及认真的体格检查结合判断不易漏诊,及时诊治预后良好。[结论]提高对5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)(又名血清素)、SS及其在药物与药物之间的相互作用的认识,及早发现SS,特别是在老年患者中,以免延误治疗。

[Objective] To strengthen the diagnosis and recognition to prognosis of 5-serotonin syndrome（SS）.[Method] Combine with the analysis on the diagnosis and treatment course of emergency treatment of 1 case with missed diagnosis,explore the reason and the main points of diagnosis and treatment.[Result] It finds that the attack and clinical demonstration of SS can cause missed diagnosis;the detailed enquiry and careful physical examination combined with judge can prevent the missed diagnosis,the timely diagnosis and treatment will have good prognosis.[Conclusion] To improve the recognition to the 5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT）,SS and inter-function between medicines,timely find SS,esp.in senile patients,can avoid delaying treatment.
