2009-2011年呼铁疾控所包头分所管内公共场所卫生状况分析

The hygiene status analysis about the public in Baotou branch of institute of disease control and prevention of Hohhot railway administration from 2009 to 2011

目的了解呼铁疾病预防控制所包头分所管辖范围内车站、等候室、铁路客车以及主要为本系统职工服务的公共场所的卫生状况。方法按GB/T18204.1-2000《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》进行检验,按WS205-2001《公共场所用品卫生标准》进行卫生学评价。结果从2009年到2011年空气细菌总数、餐(饮)具大肠菌群、卧具细菌总数、拖鞋大肠菌群合格率呈逐年上升趋势,三年均未检出霉菌和酵母菌,合格率100%。结论呼铁疾病预防控制所包头分所管辖范围内车站、等候室、铁路客车以及主要为本系统职工服务的公共场所的卫生状况逐年向好的方向发展。建议:卫生监督部门应继续加大执法力度、加强管理,加强公共场所的消毒监测工作。

Objective To know the hygiene status of the station, waiting rooms, railway coaches and public places for serving workers in Baotou branch of institute of disease control and prevention of Hohhot railway administration. Methods The test was based on the standard examination methods for public places （GB/T18204.1-2000）, and the hygienic valuation was based on the standard for articles in public places （WS205-2001）. Results From 2009 to 2011, the total bacterial count of air, food （drink） coliforms, bedding with bacteria, slippers coliform group qualified rate increasing year by year, Moulds and yeasts in the slippers were not detected during three years, so qualified rates were 100%. Conclusion The hygiene status of the station, waiting rooms, railway coaches and public places for serving workers in Baotou branch of institute of disease control and prevention of Hohhot railway administration becomes better and better yearly. Suggestion： The hygiene supervision department should continue enhancing enforcement, strengthening management and increasing disinfection monitoring in public places.
