Collaborative innovation is a significant strategic choice which will promote the close integration of China＇s education with science and technology, economy, and culture. In the face of great opportunities brought by the strategy for national science and technology innovation, the demands of the economic, social and cultural development and the development of higher education, colleges and universities must actively promote collaborative innovation in the aspects of its prerequisites, key, means, basis and guarantee and undertake greater responsibility in building an innovative country.
