摘要
当前高校青年教师的特点决定了他们的组织认同不高,同时较低的组织认同影响了他们在高等教育发展中作用的发挥。合理引进青年教师,加强校本化培养,实施组织社会化伴随策略;提高民主决策透明度;加大组织支持力度;营造和谐的沟通氛围;重视组织自身的声誉影响,促进组织的文化建设等,是强化青年教师的组织认同,提高青年教师的工作积极性的重要途径。
Organizational identification, a specific emotional connection, refers to the psychological and behavioral consistency of an organization and its individual members shown in their interrelationship. The present article points out that the characteristics of young college teachers lead to their inadequate organizational identification, which in turn hinders them from playing a role in the development of higher education, and that strengthening their organizational identification can significantly enhance their enthusiasm for work.
