摘要
本文介绍了一款高速率、高精度、基于流水线结构的A/D转换芯片THS1206;并基于红外成像系统,详细介绍了该款芯片的基本结构、主要特点、应用要点及软硬件设计方案。实际测试表明,THS1206较好地实现了红外成像系统的数据采集功能。
This paper introduces A/D converter chip THS1206 which is high-speed, high-precision and based on pipelining technology Also the inside structure, main characteristics and software/hardware design alternative of the chip in infrared imaging system are intro duced. Actual tests show that THS1206 realizes data acquisition function of the infrared imaging system.
