摘要
顶岗实习管理是高职院校实践教学管理的重点和难点,我校在顶岗实习中推行制度化管理、自主化管理、市场化管理、信息化管理、亲情化管理,取得了明显实效。
As difficult and important point in practical teaching management in higher vocational colleges,post practice management has been divided into ＂5-lization＂ in my college as follows： institutionalization,self-motivation,marketization,informationization and family-orientation,and gained notable effect.
