南疆少数民族女大学生就业难问题的思考——以喀什师范学院为例

A Discussion on the Dilemma of Getting a Job of Female College Students of Minorities in South of Xinjiang——Taking Kashgar Teachers College a Case

南疆少数民族女大学生在就业中面临困难,这与新疆面对的大建设、大开发、大发展的机遇极不相称。以喀什师范学院为例分析了南疆少数民族女大学生就业难的现状和原因,认为就业观念保守、传统文化对人的全面发展的限制、学校学科结构设置的不合理在一定程度上影响了少数民族女大学生的就业。

The female college students in south of Xinjiang are facing the dilemma of getting a job. It is utterly unbecoming of great construction, great development and great progress in Xinjiang. The author of this ar- ticle analyzed the present situation and cause of the dilemma of getting a job of the female college students in south of Xinjiang taking for example of Kashi Teacher＇s college. The author though some factors led to the situation, such as conservation obtaining employment concept; influence of traditional culture; unreasonable of the subject structure.
