摘要
民汉合校作为民族教育的一种办学形式,在民族基础教育的发展中起到了重要作用。文章通过对一所典型的民汉合校完全中学的各族教师调研,详细分析民汉合校中教师专业成长现状,提出了建立"学习共同体"的建议。
The multi-cultural schools are a form of ethnic education that plays an important role in the devel- opment of the national basic education. Under the detailed investigation and studies of a typical multi-cultural ethnic minority and Han merged school, the article expresses the relationship between this education form and the professional quality development of its ethnic minority teachers and puts forward the recommendations of the "Learning Community". With the goal of obtaining mutual benefit between the multi-cultural schools and teachers, this article is to provide some valuable and constructive suggestions.
