摘要
目的建立医院护理安全(不良)事件信息化管理系统,提升护理安全文化,营造良好的护士执业环境。方法根据护理安全上报系统运作实践并经过专家再论证后制订7类9张表单,设计时考虑尽量简化护士填写内容,且保护当事人隐私,针对性开发表单的节点设计和权限设计,实现科护士长、护理部汇总表,可直接导出为Excel、SPSS进一步统计分析。结果实际运行11个月,共上报761例护理安全相关事件。结论信息系统能提高护理安全(不良)事件上报效率,减少延迟报告、瞒报和漏报;有利于营造良好的护理安全文化氛围,促进护理质量持续改进。
Objective To create a reporting/recording system for nursing-related patient safety events, and to promote safety culture and build positive environment for nursing practice. Methods Nine worksheets characterized into 7 categories were developed basec on experiences of utilization of self-reporting system for nursing-related patient safety and on an expert panel discussion. The work sheets simplified nursesr documentation contents and protected their privacy. Node design and access restriction schemes were use（ to create the worksheets which were summerized by senior nursing officers and the department of nursing, and the results could b, transferred into Excel and SPSS for further statistical analysis. Results In ll-month practice 761 nursing-related safety events wer, reported. Conclusion Implement of software system can hoist self-reporting rate of nursing-related patient safety events, reduce de lay and omission of reporting, build positive safety culture, and improve nursing quality.
