条形码给药系统降低给药错误的有效性研究 被引量：14

Effect of a bar-code-assisted medication administration system on reducing medication errors

摘要 目的降低给药错误发生率,保障患者安全。方法配置个人数字助理(PDA),将条形码技术应用于给药流程。结果应用条形码给药系统前给药错误发生率为0.208千病人住院日,应用后为0.096千病人住院日,应用前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);应用条形码给药系统后,患者错误、剂量错误、药物错误降低。结论条形码给药系统能有效降低给药错误发生率。
