摘要
目的观察网络视频健康教育在PICC带管出院患者中应用的效果。方法将79例PICC带管出院患者按离医院距离远近分为观察组34例,对照组45例。对照组出院后常规每周回医院维护1次,观察组采取网络视频方式对患者进行护理指导。结果两组导管留置时间及局部感染、导管堵塞发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论采取网络视频观察、指导PICC带管出院患者的护理是可行的,它可取得与定期来院复查同样的护理效果,节省时间与费用。
Objective To observe effects of real-time video applied to discharged patients with PICC lines. Methods A total of 79 dis- charged patients with PICC lines were assigned to an observation group of 34 and a control group of 45 according to their distance between home and hospital. Patients in the control group were asked to go back to hospital for PICC maintenance weekly, their counterparts in the observation group used real-time video at home to watch how nurses performed PICC maintenance. Results There were no statistical differences in indwelling time, and in incidence rates of insertion site infection and catheter obstruction be tween the two groups （P〉0.05 for all）. Conclusion Real-time video applied to teaching of PICC maintenance in discharged patients is feasible,which exerts the same nursing effect as conventional hospital care. It saves time and costs.
