胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者围术期的免疫状态和血流变指标变化研究

Changes in immune state and blood rheology indexes of patients scheduled for thoracoscopic lung cancer radical operation

目的:观察胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者围术期的免疫状态和血流变指标的变化规律。方法:选取2010年4月～2012年6月于本院采用胸腔镜肺癌根治术进行治疗的31例患者为观察组,同期采用开胸手术的31例患者为对照组,将两组患者术前及术后3d、7d的红细胞免疫、细胞免疫及血流变指标进行比较。结果:观察组术后3d及7d的RBC-C3b及RFER均高于对照组,RBC-IC及RFIR均低于对照组,CD3+、CD4+及CD4/CD8均高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组,全血黏度、血浆黏度及血沉方程K值也均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者围术期的免疫状态改善优于开胸手术,而血流变指标也更低。

Objective.. To observe changes in immune state and blood rheology of patients sched- uled for thoracoscopic lung cancer radical operation. Methods： A total of 31 patients underwent thoraco- scopic lung cancer radical operation from April 2010 to June 2012 were selected as observation group,and 31 patients treated with open chest operation during the same period were selected as control group,then the Red cell immune, cellular immunity and blood rheology of two groups before and after the operation at third and seventh day were compared. Results：Three and 7 days after undergoing the operation, the RBC- C3b and RFER level of observation group were higher than those of control group, but RBC-IC and RFIR were lower than those of control group; CD3 ＋, CD4 ＋ and CD4/CD8 were higher than those of control group,but CD8＋ were lower than those of control group; blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and K value-e- rythroeyte sedimentation equation were all lower than those of control group（P all〈0.05）. Conclusion： The immune state improvement of patients treated with thoracoscopic lung cancer radical operation is bet- ter than that underwent open chest operation,and the blood rheology is lower.
