利培酮片联合牛黄宁宫片治疗精神分裂症临床观察

Effects of risperidone combining with Niuhuang Ningong tablet on schizophrenia

目的:分析利培酮片联合牛黄宁宫片治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年至2012年在我院住院治疗的60名精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组30例。对照组使用常规西医治疗,观察组患者则予利培酮片联合牛黄宁宫片治疗,观察二组疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组患者治疗后2,4,6,8周PANSS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率(16.67%)明显低于对照组患者(46.67%)(P<0.05)。结论:利培酮片联合牛黄宁宫片可以有效治疗精神分裂症,可减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analyze the effects of risperidone combining with Niuhuang Ningong tab- let on schizophrenia. Methods： A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia that were treated in our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine, while the observation group patients was given risperidone combining with Niuhuang Ningong tablets, both for 8 weeks. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results： After 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks of treatment, effects of the observation group were all significant better than that of the control group （P〈0.05） ; while incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was significant lower than that of the control group （16.67% vs. 46.67%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion .. Risperidone tablets combining with Niuhuang Ningong tablet is effective on schizophrenia and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Thus it is worth for application in clinic work.
