稀土Y^(3+)掺杂TiO_2光催化降解染料废水的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土Y3+掺杂TiO2,对其进行了XRD分析,以刚果红溶液为目标降解物研究了稀土Y3+掺杂TiO2的光催化性能。结果表明:同等实验条件下Y3+掺杂TiO2比纯TiO2的降解效果好。当稀土Y3+的掺杂量n(Y3+)∶n(TiO2)=0.5%(摩尔比)、焙烧温度600℃、刚果红溶液初始浓度20 mg/L、pH=3、催化剂用量为1.5 g/L时,其光催化性能最佳。反应1 h的降解率可达98.55%。 The titanium dioxide (TiO2) doped with Y^3+ was prepared by sol-gel and characterized by means of XRD. Photocatalysis performance of TiO2 doped with Y^3+ was studied targeting congo red solution. The results showed that under the same conditions of preparation, the degradation effect of TiO2 doped with Y^3+ was better than pure TiO2. When the molar ratio of Y^3+ and TiO2 was 0.5, the calcination temperature was 600 ~C, the initial concentration of congo red solution was 20 rag/L, the pH value was 3,and the dosage of TiO,. was 1.5 g/L, the photocatalytic properties of TiO2 was best. And the degradation rate reached 98.55% after degradation for 1 hour.
