摘要
机床立柱的刚度直接影响到机床的加工精度,以两种典型结构的加工中心立柱作为研究对象,应用有限元软件对其进行结构分析和比较,指出了影响立柱刚度的主要因素,并提出了改进方案。为加工中心立柱的设计和优化提供了重要的理论依据。
Structffral property of machine, column is one of the most important influencing factors to working accura- cy. Two type columns are studied. Based on finite element structure analysis, the influencing factors were pointed out and a way was presented to improve the structure of the column. All these can provide an important theoretical basis for the de- sign and optimum of the column.
