摘要
在制定零件机械加工工艺过程中,当定位基准与设计基准不重合时,需要建立工艺尺寸链来计算工序尺寸。当零件同一方向上设计尺寸较多时,定位基准需要多次转换才能保证这些设计尺寸,其工序尺寸的确定就变得比较复杂。本文通过实例介绍一种基于工艺过程的工序尺寸的确定方法,用这种方法建立工艺尺寸链、确定工序尺寸非常实用,具有一定的推广价值。
In the process of working of the mechanic parts, when the location standard does not coincide with the de- sign standard, process dimension chain should be constitute to calculate the process dimension. When the machine part is designed more to a certain direction, the location standard should be changed many times to assure the designed dimen- sion, the confirmation of its dimension of the working procedure becomes more complicated. The method to confirm the process dimension based on the procedure of process is introduced by examples in this article. It' s very useful to constitute the process dimension chain, to confirm the process dimension by these methods. And it' s worthwhile to spread it through- out the society.
